Meet The Team
Laurie Socia is the Director of Sales Enablement at Comcast Cable. She has more than 15 years of experience in wireless technology. Since joining Comcast in 2016, Laurie has supported all aspects of fluency and Go-To-Market strategy for Comcast residential products in the Central Division. She is responsible for strategic planning, enablement, training and sales execution throughout the product lifecycle while acting as a subject matter expert for early stage and legacy technology products. Prior to Comcast Laurie held various technology and sales training multi-unit leadership positions at companies like T-Mobile and Samsung.
Laurie is committed to leadership development and strong corporate citizenship. She acts as a mentor for internal development programs, is a member of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Advisory Committee and Women in Cable Television. Laurie volunteers with various philanthropic and non-profit organizations including Big Brothers/ Big Sisters, City Year Detroit and Academy of Dreams Special Needs School.
Laurie resides in Metro Detroit with her husband and two sons. She is certified in Situational Leadership and Prosci Change Management. In her personal time, she is a movie fan and a foodie.

Meghan is the Comcast Central Division Market Development Operations Director. In this role she is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies and operational excellence for the Hyperbuild initiative and the Market Development channel. She works with partners across the headquarters, divisions, and regions to maximize proactive capital spend, collaborate cross-functionally to improve tools and resources, evaluate and develop data, strategy, and reporting infrastructure to maximize network expansion.
Meghan began her journey at Comcast in 2003 as a Marketing Communications Assistant. Bringing over 20 years of industry experience, she has held leadership positions across several different functions including sales/marketing, fulfillment, operations and engineering. She is a streamlined operations expert who connects the dots others cannot see to remove barriers to efficiency and drive innovation with processes, reporting, tools and automation that supercharge the speed of network delivery and revenue.
She holds an MBA from the University of Arizona Global Campus in Organizational Leadership & Project Management and a BA degree in Communications from Purdue University. In 2021 Meghan received the Sales Xcellence award for driving operational results through innovate process improvements, building cross-functional relationship and sharing best practices throughout the organization. She is a 2022 graduate of the Half The Sky Leadership Program for emerging women leaders and a member in WICT Great Lakes, NAMIC, and several Comcast employee resource groups. Meghan lives in Grand Rapids, MI with her husband and daughters. She enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, travel, and yoga.

Nadia Aghaie
Nadia Aghaie is a dynamic communicator with nearly 10 years of experience in internal and external communication. After graduating from the University of West Georgia (UWG) in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, she began her career a Southwire in Carrollton, Ga., where she found a passion for bridging the gap between a company’s bottom line and its most valuable asset - people. In 2019, she took her career to the next level by joining Comcast where she currently serves as Director, Employee Communication, for Comcast Central Division. In just three short years, she has risen to lead all operations communications for Comcast’s largest division, encompassing more than 22,000 employees.
While her mission continues to be rooted in bridging the gap between the bottom line and employees, she strives to create transparency, trust, inclusion, equity and belonging for the employees she serves.
Outside of her career, Nadia is passionate about traveling, food, her family and two dogs - Mia and Trunks.
